This App I representing the interactive traffic monitoring system under the project "B-TEN -
Improved nodes Giurgiu-Byala for better connection to TEN-T infrastructure", funded through the
program "INTERREG V-A ROMANIA - BULGARIA" and national co-financing.
The application provides information about the state of traffic in Byala Municipality, Rousse
District. You can check the load of cars in four different points on the territory of the municipality, as well
as make a reference to the meteorological conditions in the area, using the data from the meteorological
station. The application also provides various other information, statistical data on traffic, road
accidents, as well as dangerous places (black spots) related to traffic safety on the road and street
network of Byala Municipality, Rousse District.

Приложението е част от интерактивна система за мониторинг на трафика по проект “B-TEN –
Improved nodes Giurgiu-Byala for better connection to TEN-T infrastructure”, финансиран чрез
програма „ИНТЕРРЕГ V-A РУМЪНИЯ – БЪЛГАРИЯ” и национално съфинансиране.
Приложението дава информация за състоянието на трафика в Община Бяла, област Русе.
Можете да проверите натоварването с автомобили в четири различни точки на територията на
общината, както и да направите справка за метеорологичните условия в района, като използвате
данните от метеорологичната станция. Приложението дава и разнообразна друга информация
статистическите данни за трафика, за пътните инциденти, както и за опасните места (black spots),
свързани с безопасността на трафика по пътната и уличната мрежа на Община Бяла, област Русе.
